Trimming

Trimming directly on-site – no transport of heavy and bulky parts to the shears.

Round and flat iron, wire mesh and belt material, also from the coil or horizontal roll can be cleanly cut directly on-site in confined spaces.

Cutting up to the face

The shears cut up to the face – with no protruding components.
An incision up to a bevelled sheet leg is just as easy as cutting off upright flat material.
The lower leg of the shears angled at 45° provides the space for cutting a mitre in T- and L-bars.

Hands-free operation

Hands-free operation directly on-site. Flying trimming of plate edges – such as in the steel-belt service, slitting open tubes and ventilation components, cutting gutter connecting pieces to size.

Continuous cutting of thin workpieces

Sheet plates and other thin materials such as sealing materials can be cut with no length limits. Both lever arms are always above the material during the work – this enables good guidance of the shears and an optimum view of the cut line.

Working with a vice – width stop

Metal strips and sections with the same length can be produced with the easy-to-use width stop.

Working with a vice – round stop

Discs, circles and radii on sheet metal parts can be simply and precisely produced with the fast-use round stop.
